Dr. Brittnee May provides an integrative approach to assist each client in achieving positive mental health. She values establishing a compassionate and supportive environment in order to empower an individual’s self-efficacy and improve their emotional well-being. She has extensive experience working with adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, and self- esteem. Dr. May incorporates evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to promote healing and personal growth. Her collaborative method entails working with each client to establish individualized goals in order to meet their needs.
