Dr. Anna Shier is double board-certified physician in Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry specializing in the treatment of children, adolescents, and adults with mental health issues. She completed a general psychiatry residency and an additional 2 year fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry. She has extensive experience in the treatment of ADHD, depression, anxiety, and OCD and is the primary author of Pharmacological Treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in Children and Adolescents. Dr. Shier is committed to providing the highest quality care through careful listening and tailoring an individual’s unique needs with empirically supported treatments. She is also passionate about increasing mental health awareness and is often seen in the local news as an expert discussing various mental health topics.
